Korean soup soy sauce

Guk-Ganjang (Korean soup soy sauce) can be purchased at Asian markets. In Germany, products from the brands "Sempio" and "Chung Jung One" are currently available, both of which are high-quality brands.

Substitute: Not necessary. Instead of Guk-Ganjang, you can simply add a bit more salt.
